| Abstract | The Conservation Reserve Enhancement Program (CREP) was implemented to create forested buffers within 150 feet of streams. The targets of the CREP program are agricultural areas within 150 feet of streams. Such areas are eligible for funding to convert those buffers to a forested land use. |
