(c) and (f) are the two coarse grid ROMS simulations that spin up the North Atlantic basin for 400 years. (a-b) and (d-e) are the two 10-year-long coarse-plus-refined grid simulations that are initialized from the ends of the 400-year coarse grid spin ups. For each of the four simulations, the following data are made available: (1) initial/boundary condition netCDF files, (2) ROMS log files, and (3) output netCDF files. The primary outputs of each simulation -- i.e., the data that inform the bulk of our results and discussion -- are contained in 'ocean_avg.nc', 'ocean_avg_refined.nc', 'ocean_dia_refined.nc', and their derivatives.
