The North, Central, and East towers were decommissioned in February 2017. This dataset therefore includes data
from installation in May 2015 - February 2017. The South tower is currently
operational as of April 2018 through the ACT-America project.  

The files in the directory "raw_data" are daily files from the instruments.  
These are 1-3 second frequency, uncalibrated.  

North:  Picarro serial number FCDS2048. 
Flag = 1 indicates sample from tower.
