This directory contains all code necessary to convert WRF model output to
simulated satellite infrared brightness temperature. The Community
Radiative Transfer Model (CRTM) is used to do so.

The directory REL-2.3.0 must first be compiled (see
https://ftp.emc.ncep.noaa.gov/jcsda/CRTM/CRTM_User_Guide.pdf). The code
in the directory wrf-convert must then be compiled. The resulting
executable can then be used to convert WRF model output to infrared
brightness temperature.
