The CM1 simulation of each case is in the WENO and AWENO folders according to grid spacing with its name, which are listed in Table 1 and Table 2 of the paper.  For AWENO simulations, the 80p_lev, 90p_lev and all_lev indicate whether the AWENO schemes are applied to the regions with resolved u'w' less than roughly 80%, 90%, or just applied to the whole domain.  In the published work only 90p_lev are presented.

The figures are produced by MATLAB files in the MATLAB_files folder.  Each figure can be produced by its respective .m file.  The other.m files need to be run first to produce the .mat files.
