The CM1 simulation of each case is in the folders with its name (they are 
listed in Table 3 of the paper.)  

The figures are produce by MATLAB files in the MATLAB_files folder.  Each 
figure can be produced by its respective .m file.  MaxU_DX10.m, MaxU_DX25.
m and MaxU_NOPERT.m need to be run to produce the axis-symmetric variables 
(maximum tangential, radial and vertical velocities), which will be saved 
as .mat files, for Fig7_8.m and Table3.m.  

The maximum winds in Table 3 can be computed by Table3.m.  The probability 
of |tau_n/u*^2| > 0.1 in the inner-domain is computed by Table3_P_DX10.m 
and Table3_P_DX25.m.
