Abstract	The dataset includes joint P- and S-wave velocities versus temperature and unfrozen water content versus temperature of permafrost and frozen soil, digitized from published laboratory and in-situ data of permafrost. This dataset is used for statistical evaluation of the performance of unfrozen water content model and seismic wave velocity models.
